Bukaty Financial Named PLANSPONSOR Retirement Plan Adviser Mega Team of the Year

Bukaty Companies Financial Services was named the 2019 PLANSPONSOR Retirement Plan Adviser Mega Team of the Year. To improve participants’ retirement readiness, we launched our own financial wellness program last year called Financial Elements.

“What has made our program unique is not our interactive participant advice platform, or even our automatic investing option through a new cash-back- on-spending solution,” said Vince Morris, founder of the Bukaty Financial Services team. “What has made our program completely transformative and poised to greatly affect participants’ retirement readiness is the proactive human outreach from a licensed financial mentor at our call center. By walking the participant through simple conversations and easy-to-achieve objectives, we can really impact their ability to improve a range of financial stressors— such as debt, including student loan debt—as well as counsel on asset allocation, savings rate, tax optimization, investments, etcetera.”

We have made our program more widely accessible by having Spanish- and English-speaking mentors.

Our team was honored at the annual PLANSPONSOR/PLANADVISER Excellence in Retirement Awards dinner on March 28. See a list of  2019 winners here.

According to PLANSPONSOR, the 2019  finalists have demonstrated leadership and a commitment to excellence for their retirement plan sponsor clients and participants. See full list of 2019 finalists.

To qualify as a finalist, advisers were selected using a qualitative and quantitative methodology. Advisers that are selected as finalists must have a significant majority of business revenue derived from employer-sponsored retirement plans; serve as a fiduciary; have regular service delivery and client contact; and be committed to fee-based compensation.

The advisers who rise to the top in this awards program are evaluated based on their use of specific outcome-based metrics of plan success with clients and recognized client progress toward those metrics. These finalists are also those embracing the trend of offering financial wellness and encouraging clients to use the best of automated plan designs, following trends the industry considers best practices currently, and implementing future best practices ahead of the curve.
